Vision Construction and Home Works is a general contractor in the state of Texas.  Vision provides complete management services utilizing system and methodologies worked out over nearly two decades of experience on a wide assortment of construction projects.

The Vision Project Team will perform, at minimum, the following tasks on a typical commercial construction project:

Pre-Construction Services

• Design & constructability input
• Cost modeling for various building systems
• Budget estimate at Schematic Design Phase
• Budget estimate at Design Development Phase
• Budget estimate at completed Construction
  Documents Phases
• Identification of qualified subcontract bidders
• Preparation/distribution of bidding documents, addenda
• Receiving & analyzing bids, making
  recommendations to owner
• Project organization & procedure documentation
• Development of decision & design tracking systems
• Development of Master (baseline) Schedule
• City Permitting
• Purchasing & submittal schedules
• Project accounting reports procedures

Construction Phase Management

• Pre-construction conferences with all subcontractors
• Weekly reporting of construction progress
• Updates to master construction schedule
• Training in safety and clean project protocol
• Monitoring of construction quality and progress
• Coordination of insurance requirements for subs
• Regular project progress meetings
• Field reports and regular project reports to the owner
• Implementation & enforcement of safety program
• Development of close-out schedule
• Assembly of close-out documentation
• Management of testing and start-up procedures
• Coordination & assistance at occupancy
• Coordination of all warranty work
